Roasted Whole Garlic 烤蒜头

Don't ask me why it took me so long to give a shot at roasting a whole garlic.

Well, it has always been on my mind to try it and sometimes it just needs that spark of moment.


Gosh it was so easy! Especially when the instructions were so clear from the recipe source - Simply Recipes. And think of the many applications of roasted garlic.
