Crispy Linguine-Spaghetti Pancake - 煎蔬菜面饼

Having problems with leftover noodles (linguine) stir-fry that is dried-out the next day?

Make it crispy. Give it new life!

With leftover noodles (it works well with thicker-type strand pasta such as spaghetti or linguine), pan-fry both sides till crispy. A cast-iron pan comes in really handy for the journey to crispiness. It is almost like noodle pancake - Crispy Linguine Pancake - 煎蔬菜面饼 at the end of the day.
