Peanut Butter Noodles with Pea Shoots

The asparagus and pea shoots (or pea sprouts) do not have any relationship here. They were just sauteed the same way (with onions, garlic, and some chili paste) one after another in the pan, then sharing the same real estate on this plate.

It does smell and taste like spring.

One fine quick lunch, I decided to make peanut butter dressing (1tbsp peanut butter and 1/2 tsp sesame oil) for some cooked noodles.
Since the lightly sauteed pea shoots (above) (Note: you can have the option of using raw pea shoots) and sauteed bean sprouts have also been prepared earlier,  Aha...in they go being tossed with the peanut butter dressed noodles.

I was so hungry that I went slurping away! Never would have imagined this kind of combination but it actually turned out good!

As I am a Peanut Butter person, I will definitely be doing more peanut butter dressed noodles in time to come. Kinda like it, very much!
